Observed this just a little while ago.
Not sure if I am the first one to spot this, but this is sure an interesting development for Bloggers and WordPress users.

We already know that Google shows the Video Thumbnails beside the search results from top video sites like YouTube and Metacafe. We also know that Google shows the Picture of a news article from news sites if there is a picture in the news post. But this is new: (The search result which has the image is a WordPress.com Blog)

Have you spotted this before or is this a new feature that Google is testing? Does this also work on Self hosted WordPress blogs and other Blogging Platforms othet than WordPress? I didn’t spot any other occurance yet.

Blogs always have the edge over static websites to bring in traffic. Having a blog added for a static website is very helpful. I’ve recommended the same to several of my clients at work and few SEO friends in other companies. If a client is interested in a blog, I was more than willing to help them out and they are always happy to have someone with good knowledge in Blogging and SEO/SEM together.

I’m sure live writer is going to be better than other desktop editors out there. but for some reason, some of my blogs or client’s blogs are not responding ”add blog’ in the live writer. Could be some problem with the xmlrpc.php or some installed plugins. Don’t know the exact reason, but there is some problem for now for which I’m unable to figureout the solution. But some other blogs its really good to use.

I know how you guys having your blogs on blogspot feel right now. I was shocked too guys. For a moment I thought “What the helll..?” but when I seriously read the news around, I came to know it was done by the government because of messages that posed religious hatred. Thats not OK right? The government could have banned the particular blogs. But as you know blogs on blogspot can be created by automated tools and posts can be written on several hundred blogs in seconds. So, banning one or few blogs cant solve the problem. If I was a blogspot user, I would have got to my roof top and whould have shouted at the government. I know how it feels. Lets not make it difficult for the government to do things to make sure India is a healthy country. Thats what I feel. We cant allow someone to write something stupid and just because of that more stupid things happen in India. You know what I mean?

Now, All you have to do is decide a domain name, buy it, probably you want to go with Dreamhost, right now which is the best hosting out there or Midphase, which I consider #2. After getting your hosting account activated, Upload WordPress, Install in one click!, and import your blogspot blog and get some sleep. Ya I make it sound too easy. But thats how it is, Easy!.

I’ve been blogging for a quite a while now and some blog consultation, customization and stuff and I am sure you can’t find a better platform than WordPress. If your problem is buying a domain name and hosting space. Go with Wordpress.com

Ok, now let me know your thoughts if you have moved to a wordpress blog.

Sapiensbryan.com has released a wordpress theme which targets high CTR for ads. It can be either adsense ads or anything like adbrite too. I have seen several themes which are made keeping adsense clouds in mind. But none of them could convince me that they will get a good CTR than a general wordpress theme. But yes with this one, i’m really convinced that it will do very well for ads. Especially if you use adsense. If you need any adsense optimization, you can get in touch with me.

If you are looking for a theme that will make good money as well as spare the content overview too, I suggest you better stop looking and go with this. Very good work!
