I didnt want to come back and i wished the bus that I got my ticket reserved never came to pick me up from my cousin’s place.

Went home for weekend and had a great time.
Dad bought me my return journey ticket on saturday itself because on sunday the good busses will be filledup. I reached the bus point 15 min late. But no worries, the bus was still in autonagar.

Its Bakrid today for muslims worldwide and in India. Its festival time for them. But on the other side, its the worst day for the poor goats. A day for which they are feeded/grown. Yes, I am talking about the goats which are sacrifised on this day. Also called as Bakras. The word bakra today means idiot or fool. even MTV takes its advantage and makes a show. huh… bakra? what kind of world are we living in? can we make fun of an animals name?
If these MTV bakra show assholes ever come to me, that will be their worst day.

Coming back.. I see burnt heads lying everywhere on the streets of Hyderabad today. People are buying these heads. Have no idea what they will do with the heads. May be a dish with heads? I am sure its the same case all over India. I feel this country and its people have a lot to learn…. I do love my country and its people but some activities really make me an enemy to the whole system. This is not just about the muslim community, even hindus and others do such things. I dont understand how they can be so ignorant about the life of a poor animal. How can a man be so cruel? I dont oppose eating them, but why sacrifise? If you are going to a 100 goats will you be a millionaire?

Where are these blue cross societies gone on this day? why does everyone sit silent?

Firstly, before I talk about this, this is a very dangerous ride and is NOT a recommended one.
This is my second long night ride between Hyderabad(the city I stay) and Vijayawada(my home city).
Last time it was in August(not cold but little rainy).
This time it was ICE COLD, you have to do it to know what I mean by ice cold.
May be 10^oC to 20^oC and possibly the lowest in the whole year.
Your hands will surely get freezed to the kick-ass cool air.
But my bike did’nt let me take more than 1 pit stop but its better to take one every 100kms or 75kms.
By the way, my bike model is Bajaj Pulsar 180cc DTS-i.
It is perfect for a long ride like this. (you can see it here)

Hyderabad to Vijayawada : 285 Kms
Time taken: 5 hours (with one pit stop)
With an average speed of 70kms/hour
Total figure in this weekend trip: 662 Kms

(very dangerous, they can get killed and will get you killed too)

Very Friendly: Firstly Lorrys, second are R.T.C Busses & Third are Private Hitech Busses
The Untouchables: RTC Garuda Busses., The Volvo busses.
– at a speed of 100Kms/hour to 120kms/hour or more
King of the Road: may be yourself, if you are driving a Pulsar 180.
- only if your bike is in a perfect condition.

So, anyone planning for a long and risky trip like this on the National Highways ? here is the to-do list!
- make sure you carry water and some food and an mp3 player like my Zen Micro,
- DEFINETLY NO without a perfect full covering helmet, perfect jacket to protect you from the years strongest fog and a perfect pair of gloves.
- make sure you are aware of the Toyota Qualises & Mahindra Scorpios crossing you with 100kms/hour and more speeds,
- make sure you take a pit stop for every 100km or less or else there is a possibility that your bike’s engine will get freezed or your ass will get freezed to the bike’s seat.
(the New Reliance Fuel Bunks are perfect for pit stops, you get purified water and well cleaned toilets and some resting place too)
- make sure you check your bike’s headlight and the flicker is working.
(the bike’s flicker is the most useful thing in the night on National Highways)
- more importantly check your break lights and tyres conditions.
(do not take a ride like this on long used tyres, possibly you can ruin the whole experience for a long ride.)
- also, have the two mirrors, atleast 10 litres of fuel and very very very less luggage.
- never pickup anyone asking for a lift on the highways
- Keep your eyes open for the heavy vehicles which take pit stops without leaving any signal for the passing-by vechicles.
– carry a mobile and make sure your provider is covering the whole highway range.
(atleast you can call the highway patrol for help if you are in touble)

I repeat that this is a very dangerous ride and you will put your life to risk to satisfy your passion.
And my feeling about the whole ride; it was fantastic!

Actually thought to go for Nokia 6600(price: Rs.9800) or LG 4410(price: Rs.14500) but after seeing the features in the showroom, decided with Samsung e880.
I am satisfied with the phone overall but cannot review it because have’nt seen and used all the features yet. May be I will take atleast a month to see things in detail. One negative point I found about the phone is that it dosent have outspeaker to switch-on while answering a phone call except an extra attachable speaker accessory.

I have changed the stupid Hutch service now. I am really fed-up with the Hutch service because of its low signal and 303 messages which say “you have 2 missed calls. please send GET to see the numbers”.

I bought an Airtel Postpaid connection and managed to get the last 6 digits of my old number. Well, I am not giving out my number here because I dont want to be buzzed useless calls or home loan calls and personal loan calls. With the hutch number it became routine for me to answer atleat 2 calls from banks offering loans. So, I prefer little privacy now. I can give my contact number for those who really need it. Its been some 9 years that I have celebrated Diwali for many reasons.
This time I went to my village and carried some crackers along because we hardly find good stuff in the stalls there.
We celebrated both on Oct 31st and Nov 1st and had a blast.

I have dediced to go with Plogger image gallery script for 3 of my future sites. I see Plogger as a simple and a light gallery script and it looks easy to customize. I will be upding more about the sites once we have one of 3 completed. It might take some 1 to 8 weeks. It all depends on the time I am able to spend on these sites. If there are few festival holidays or may be a 3 day weekend, I hope I can workout one of 3 sites. Lets see.

I was switching channels today morning and in Star Movies a movie was just starting. I waited to see what it was and didnt move from my chair untill it was over. The movie is Like Mike and it was damn funny. I had a very good morning today and watched all the movie in the morning which is not normal to me. If you ever see this movie name in the today’s movies list, dont miss it. Its worth all that time you sit there.
