Ok, here is WordPress Blogs Directory for all bloggers who use the #1 blogging platform WordPress. This is basically a blog directory and only blogs are listed. So, if you are adding your blog, make sure you read the guidelines in the submit page. Both WordPress.org and WordPress.com blogs are accepted in the directory.
