Just out of Google Sandbox!!

Was out of the confusion wheather the site was banned or in the sandbox untill monday(15th Dec).
Saw the site getting indexed finally. You can see the google index.
To understand what sandbox is, here is a good article by 14th colony.
Now its only a matter of time to take some top positions in Google

Hey, what is google sandbox? I tried the site to find this keyword, but didn’t understand what it gave!
And, do you know any good sites for searching articles and other such academic material other than scholar.google.com?
